Suitable for those 6 years and older.\n\nEach 15 mL tablespoonful contains: Magnesium 500 mg.\n\nShake well before using. Follow dosing directions or use as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Dose may be taken once a day preferably at bedtime, in divided doses, or as directed by a doctor. Drink a full glass of water (8oz) of liquid with each dose. Ages 12 years and older should take 2-4 tablespoonfuls. Children 6 to 11 years old should take 1-2 tablespoonfuls.
