3M Medipore H Soft Cloth Surgical Tape is a non-woven polyester, multi-directional stretch tape that accommodates swelling, distention, and movement and helps minimize the risk for skin injury; it is the same soft, latex-free, hypoallergenic, highly conformable tape as standard Medipore tape but with increased gentleness and stronger adhesion for more challenging applications. This tape is comfortable, porous, breathable, and perforated so you can tear tape off the roll by hand. It is also easy to handle (with or without gloves) and without the edges curling up or sticking to itself. Medipore H tape is particularly useful for securing wound dressings, tubing, and catheters and repeated applications where preservation of "at risk" skin is critical.
