Sizing is where most cuff decisions live. Adcuff models are marked by arm circumference range rather than vague labels like "large adult," which removes guesswork at the bedside. The 845-11ABK Adult Cuff fits 23–40 cm arms, while the 845-12BXBD-1 Bariatric Cuff extends to 44–66 cm for patients where a standard cuff would read falsely high. A cuff that's too small overestimates pressure and a cuff that's too large underestimates it, so matching the range to the patient is the single most important accuracy factor.

These nylon cuffs use hook-and-loop closure for quick, secure application and are designed for aneroid and mercurial instruments. Note that reusable Adcuff cuffs are not intended for automated NIBP monitors unless the device offers a manual mode.
