Full-body coverage makes it well suited to longer or lower-body procedures where broad access to warm airflow matters most. The blanket connects to a Bair Hugger warming unit, which circulates filtered, temperature-controlled air through thousands of micro-perforations, distributing gentle heat evenly across the skin rather than creating hot spots.
