B.A.T.H. Wrist Splints
B.A.T.H. wrist splints are designed to immobilize and support the wrist while keeping it in a neutral, functional position — the kind of stabilization needed for carpal tunnel syndrome, tendonitis, sprains, strains, and post-injury recovery. Each splint uses a palmar stay to hold the wrist steady and reduce painful movement, while allowing the fingers and thumb to remain free for everyday tasks.
Getting a proper fit matters more with wrist splints than almost any other support, because a splint that's too loose won't restrict motion and one that's too tight cuts off circulation. This collection is sized by wrist circumference and offered in dedicated left- and right-hand versions, so the palmar stay and contours match the anatomy of the hand it's worn on. The X-Small fits a 4-1/2 to 5-1/2 inch wrist circumference and the Small fits 5-1/2 to 6-1/2 inches — measure around the wrist at the crease before ordering.
We carry both orientations in adult sizing and a discreet black finish:
- B.A.T.H. Left Wrist Splint — available in X-Small (79-87482) and Small (79-87483) for the left hand
- B.A.T.H. Right Wrist Splint — available in X-Small (79-87442) and Small (79-87443) for the right hand
Every splint closes with a D-ring and hook-and-loop strap system, which lets the wearer dial in compression one-handed and adjust it throughout the day as swelling changes. The D-ring gives more leverage for a secure, even fit than a plain hook-and-loop tab, and the straps loosen easily for removal or washing.
Because these are worn against the skin for long stretches — often overnight for carpal tunnel relief — the black fabric shell and soft interior are made to stay comfortable during extended use. Confirm which hand needs support, measure the wrist, and choose the matching left or right model in the correct size for reliable, consistent stabilization.
