ConvaFoam Foam Dressings
ConvaFoam is Convatec's foam dressing line, built to absorb wound exudate, cushion the wound bed, and stay put without damaging fragile skin. If you're managing pressure injuries, venous leg ulcers, diabetic foot wounds, or post-surgical incisions, these dressings handle moderate to heavy drainage while maintaining the moist environment wounds need to heal.
Most of this collection is the bordered version with silicone adhesive, which is what most clinicians reach for. The silicone border grips intact skin securely but peels away gently at dressing changes — a real advantage on aging skin, around bony prominences, or anywhere repeated tape removal would cause trauma. The film backing acts as a bacterial and waterproof barrier, so patients can shower without soaking the dressing, and it lets you monitor without lifting the whole thing off.
