It pairs with the CordLess Ghostcord Bed Sensor Pad (GBT-RI), a 10 x 30 inch pad placed under the shoulders or back that signals the monitor when the person begins to rise or shift out of bed. Because the pad talks to the monitor wirelessly, you can position the alarm out of the resident's reach or in an adjoining room where you'll actually hear it.
