Covaderm by DeRoyal is an all-in-one composite dressing that combines an absorbent pad, a non-adherent contact layer, and a built-in adhesive border in a single sterile unit. The compact 4" x 4" Covaderm composite (46-001) suits smaller wounds and puncture sites, while the 4" x 6" (46-002) and 4" x 8" (46-003) versions handle larger surgical closures. For longer incisions, the 4" x 14" dressing with a 2" x 11" pad (46-005) uses an acrylic adhesive and centered pad to cover extended suture lines cleanly. The Covaderm Plus 6" x 6" barrier dressing (46-402-1) layers four distinct materials to absorb drainage while maintaining a moist wound-healing environment.
