Cuticerin Impregnated Dressings

These low-adherent, oil emulsion-impregnated dressings are built on an acetate gauze base coated with a non-aqueous Cuticerin ointment. The result is a dressing that stays soft against fragile skin, permits exudate to pass through into a secondary absorbent pad, and lifts away at dressing changes without tearing new granulation tissue or causing unnecessary pain.

Because the coating is non-aqueous and non-linting, Cuticerin leaves no fibers in the wound bed and won't dry out the way some water-based products can. That makes it well suited to superficial and low-to-moderately exuding wounds — skin tears, abrasions, lacerations, donor and graft sites, partial-thickness burns, and other areas where atraumatic removal matters most.

To use, apply the tan dressing directly to the cleansed wound, cover with a secondary absorbent dressing to manage exudate, and secure appropriately.
