Abena Delta Adult Incontinence Underwear & Briefs

The Abena Delta line covers the everyday incontinence needs of caregivers, facilities, and individuals who want reliable protection without paying a premium. Two product families do the work here: Delta-Flex pull-on underwear for people who are active and prefer the dignity of putting protection on like regular underwear, and Delta-Form refastenable briefs for those who need caregiver assistance or bed-level changes with adjustable, refastenable tabs.

Choosing between them usually comes down to mobility. If the wearer can walk to the bathroom and dress independently, the pull-on Delta-Flex in S/M, M/L, or L/XL is the natural fit — and its tear-away side seams mean a caregiver can remove a soiled garment without pulling it back down over the legs. For bedbound or seated care, the Delta-Form briefs (sizes M2, M3, L2, L3) open flat and refasten, making changes faster and less physically demanding.

Absorbency is the other decision point. Within the range you'll find moderate options (Delta-Flex M/L and L/XL, Delta-Form M2) for daytime and lighter needs, and heavy absorbency versions (Delta-Flex S/M, Delta-Form M3, L2, L3) built for overnight wear or heavier voiding. The number in each brief name — the "2" or "3" — reflects a higher absorbent core, so an L3 holds more than an L2 at the same waist size.

All Delta products are unisex, disposable, and latex-free, with breathable backsheets that help protect skin over long wear periods. For accurate sizing, measure the waist and hip rather than relying on garment size, and don't hesitate to order a mix so you're covered across day and night routines.

Note: the Delta name also appears across Abena's orthopedic casting and bandaging lines. If you arrived here looking for those, browse Delta-Cast, Delta-Lite Plus, Delta-Rol, or Delta-Dry casting supplies instead.
