The Profore Lite Multi-Layer Compression Bandage System is specifically designed for the management of mixed aetiology leg ulcers where the patient has been identified to have some degree of arterial impairment which prevents the use of full compression because of the risk of ischaemic necrosis. This kit contains everything necessary for the application of graduated compression therapy: Layer 1 - Sterile Wound Contact Layer; Layer 2 - Absorbent Padding Bandage; Layer 3 - Conforming Bandage; and Layer 4 - Cohesive Compression Bandage.
