Endo Catch Gold Specimen Retrieval Pouches

Endo Catch Gold is a self-opening specimen retrieval system used in laparoscopic procedures to capture and remove tissue, organs, and specimens through a 10 mm trocar cannula without contaminating the surgical field or the incision. Surgeons reach for it during procedures like appendectomies, cholecystectomies, and adnexal removals, where a specimen needs to be contained cleanly before extraction — reducing the risk of spillage, port-site seeding, and wound contamination.

The device we carry (reference 173050G) features a 220 mL polyurethane pouch with a continuous nitinol ring tip that springs open on deployment, giving a wide, stable mouth that's easy to maneuver over the target specimen. The bag measures 6.4 cm in diameter and 34.5 cm in length, mounted on a plastic shaft sized for standard 10 mm cannulas. Once the specimen is inside, the drawstring closure cinches the pouch shut so it can be withdrawn intact. It arrives sterile and single-use, ready for the OR.
