Peptamen Junior PHGG is a calorically-dense formula designed to support absorption and tolerance in children with a gastrointestinal impairment, and it is made with 100% PHGG fiber (a plant-based prebiotic fiber shown to improve bowel function and gut health) as well as soluble and insoluble fiber to help promote the growth of beneficial bacteria to support digestive health and improve bowel function. Peptamen Junior PHGG is suitable for lactose-free and gluten-free diets, but it is not formulated for individuals with galactosemia; contains milk protein and thus is not appropriate for individuals with Cows' Milk Protein Allergy; and is intended for use under medical supervision.
