The Vesco Medical Gastrostomy Feeding Tube features biocompatible, medical-grade, silicone tubing with a clear shaft and graduation marks in 2 centimeter increments; a rounded skin disk with bumpers for retention; a rounded, flush tip with an open distal end and radiopaque tip marker; a 20 milliliter, gastric balloon for internal retention; an AAMI/CN3 and proposed ISO 80369-3 compliant ENFit connector designed to reduce the risk of tubing misconnections; and a dual ENFit connector port that allows for easy flushing and administration of liquid medication without disconnecting the feeding set. It has the potential to misconnect with small bore connectors of other healthcare applications, and it is not made with BPA and PHT.
