A few things buyers ask before ordering: the black closure is the industry color code for citrate-based ESR tubes, so they slot cleanly into your existing tube-recognition workflow. Both are sterile and single-use. The fixed fill volumes are intentional — the vacuum draws the exact blood-to-citrate ratio the ESR method requires, so avoid short draws that throw off the sedimentation column.
