The larger 8 x 14 inch FlexiPac (4029) gives broader coverage for the lower back, thighs, or shoulders where you want more surface contact. Both are general-purpose, plastic/gel construction and safe for microwave heating and freezer chilling.

Using them safely

These packs don't include a securing strap or cover, so wrap the pack in a thin towel or cloth barrier before applying — this protects skin from direct extreme temperatures and is standard practice for both hot and cold use. Follow the timing your clinician recommends, typically around 15 to 20 minutes per session. Always check heated packs against your inner wrist before applying to sensitive areas.
