Copan FLOQSwabs: Flocked Specimen Collection Swabs
FLOQSwabs from Copan Diagnostics use patented flocked nylon fiber technology that fundamentally changes how specimens are collected and released. Instead of an absorbent core that traps cells deep within a fiber matrix, the perpendicular nylon fibers act like a soft brush, capturing more of the sample at the surface and then releasing nearly all of it into transport media. For laboratories, that translates directly into higher-yield samples and more reliable molecular and microbiological results.
