Curity Abdominal Pads consist of three layers: a soft, outer, non-woven layer; a fluff filler for absorbency; and a Wet-Pruf barrier to prevent fluid strike-through which helps minimize exposure to blood-borne pathogens; plus, all four edges are sealed to prevent lint residue and leaking. These pads also absorb more fluid than ordinary abdominal pads for fewer dressing changes.
