Geri-Care Geri-Tussin DM is designed for patients who need maximum strength relief from severe cold symptoms around the clock. It helps loosen phlegm (mucus) and thin bronchial secretions to make coughs more productive. It also temporarily relieves cough due to minor throat and bronchial irritation, as may occur with a cold.
Active Ingredients (per 10 mL dose):

Dextromethorphan HBr, USP – 10 mg (Cough Suppressant)

Guaifenesin, USP – 100 mg (Expectorant)
Directions:
Adults and children 12 years and over: Take 2 teaspoonfuls (10 mL) every 4 hours.
Do not take more than 6 doses in 24 hours.
Inactive Ingredients:
Citric acid, FD&C Red #40, flavors, glucose, glycerin, high fructose corn syrup, menthol, saccharin sodium, sodium benzoate, water.
