Honeywell Respirators & Protective Equipment
When you're stocking respiratory protection for a facility, the questions come down to filtration, fit, and whether the mask meets the standard your setting demands. Honeywell is one of the most recognized names in personal protective equipment, and this collection focuses on their N95 particulate respirators — both surgical and industrial grades — trusted across clinical and occupational environments.
The distinction between grades matters more than it first appears. The Honeywell DC365 Surgical N95 Respirator is cleared for healthcare use, meaning it combines NIOSH-approved N95 filtration (at least 95% of airborne particles) with fluid resistance suitable for patient care and procedures. Its elastic strap and one-size-fits-most cup design help achieve a secure seal for most adult wearers. It's available in a Box of 20 for smaller practices or a Case of 200 for high-volume facilities managing ongoing PPE supply.
For non-clinical settings — construction, manufacturing, dust and particulate exposure — the Honeywell Industrial N95 Particulate Respirator (DC300N95) delivers the same 95% filtration efficiency without the surgical fluid-resistance rating. Made from nonwoven polypropylene with a molded cup shape and elastic straps, it's a straightforward choice where surgical clearance isn't required.
Choosing between them is simple: if there's any exposure to blood, bodily fluids, or a regulated healthcare environment, go with the surgical DC365. For general workplace dust and airborne particulates, the industrial DC300 covers you at a better value. All are single-use, nonsterile respirators — replace them once they become damaged, soiled, or difficult to breathe through, and always perform a user seal check before relying on them.
