Woun'Dres Collagen Hydrogel Wound Dressing promotes a moist wound environment and autolytic debridement by rehydrating and softening dry wounds and dead tissue. Woun'Dres Collagen Hydrogel contains Allantoin which is a skin protectant that stimulates tissue growth and Panthenol which maintains an optimal moisture balance, and it is a clear, amorphous gel which allows easy wound visualization.
Unlike many other hydrogels, it contains no propylene glycol, a preservative that has been shown to inhibit skin cell growth and damage cell membranes
Collagen is the main component of skin and connective tissue and is known to play an important role in all phases of wound healing
Mild preservative provides a two year shelf life
