CURAD Oil Emulsion Non-adherent Gauze Dressings are sterile dressings made of knitted, high porosity cellulose acetate impregnated with U.S.P. white petrolatum in an emulsion blend that permits the flow of exudates without adhering to granulating tissue. These non-occlusive dressings help minimize skin maceration and are highly conformable and ideal for lightly draining wounds including minor burns, lacerations, abrasions, suture lines, and episiotomy incisions. They may be used directly on the wound beneath an absorbent secondary dressing.
