Every set in this collection features a 3/4-inch needle, 12 inches of flexible tubing, and color-coded gauges so you can grab the right set at a glance. The choice of gauge usually comes down to vein size and patient population:

• 21 gauge (green), DBMA-21G: the standard adult draw — fast flow, good for multiple tubes and blood donation-style volumes.
• 23 gauge (light blue), DBMA-23G: a versatile choice for smaller or rolling veins and many outpatient draws.
