The 3M Littmann Classic II Stethoscope features a dual-sided chestpiece and floating diaphragm that provide high acoustic sensitivity for listening to the low (bell) and high frequency sounds and are designed, sized, and acoustically precise for pediatric patients. The chestpiece is made of solid stainless steel for superior sound quality and also has a non-chill rim and diaphragm to provide welcome patient comfort while the angled, anatomically correct headset provides user comfort, and an excellent acoustical seal and comfortable fit are created by the soft sealing eartips.
