Every MedStream set in this collection is a sterile, gravity-driven primary IV administration set built by McKesson at a standard 20 drops/mL drip rate. If you're stocking an infusion room, ambulatory clinic, or home infusion supply cabinet, the choice between these sets usually comes down to three things: how you want to control flow, what kind of injection port you need, and how much priming volume your protocol allows.

On flow control, you'll find both roller-clamp and pinch-clamp options. The MS719P and MS920 use a roller clamp for fine, adjustable titration, while the MS750E pairs a pinch clamp with a compact 19 mL priming volume and 92-inch tubing — a good fit when you want less fluid waste on setup. The MS921NF adds a slide clamp alongside its roller clamp over standard-bore, 75-inch tubing.

Port selection matters most for how the set connects downstream. The MS719P and MS750E carry an injection Y-port for medication access, the MS920 features a Clave Y-port, and the MS921NF uses a needle-free Y-port — the safest option where sharps reduction and needlestick prevention are a priority.

Priming volumes range from 15.0 mL on the MS920 up to 30.36 mL on the MS719P, so match the set to your patient population and the medication volumes you deliver; lower priming volume means less drug held in the line. All sets ship sterile and ready for single-patient use.
