The Mini ONE balloon button from Applied Medical Technologies is a low-profile gastrostomy device designed to sit nearly flush against the skin, making it a discreet, secure choice for long-term enteral feeding at home, at school, or on the go. Because the button rests close to the stoma, there's less to snag, less to hide under clothing, and less daily fuss for patients and caregivers managing feeding routines.
Getting the right fit comes down to two measurements: French size (the diameter of the tube) and stoma length (the shaft length in centimeters). Our range covers 12 Fr. through 24 Fr., with tube lengths from a short 0.8 cm up to 4.4 cm, so you can match the device to a measured stoma rather than guessing. Popular configurations include the 12 Fr. x 2.0 cm (M1-5-1220) and 12 Fr. x 1.2 cm balloon button kits, plus larger 14 Fr. and 24 Fr. options for growing or higher-flow needs. A water-filled silicone balloon holds the device in place internally, and the soft, medical-grade silicone construction is gentle on peristomal skin during extended wear.
