Glytrol is a balanced formulation that provides nutritional support for individuals with diabetes, abnormal glucose tolerance, or hyperglycemia and meets 100% RDI for 21 key micronutrients. This unique formula also includes elevated protein from calcium-potassium caseinate to support lean body mass, and its unique carbohydrate blend includes amylose starch (a complex carbohydrate) to support glycemic control as well as high levels of MUFA for use with hyperglycemia and dyslipidemia. Glytrol also has Prebio1 soluble fiber to help promote the growth of beneficial bacteria and 5.2 grams of insoluble fiber per liter to help support normal bowel function, and it is suitable for lactose-intolerant, gluten-free, and kosher diets; however, it is not formulated for individuals with galactosemia and is intended for use under medical supervision.
