The range covers the choices you'll actually make at the bedside. Adhesive-with-border versions like the 4" x 4" Optifoam (MSC1044EP) come with a gentle securing border, so you don't need separate tape — ideal for wounds on flatter surfaces where you want an all-in-one dressing. Optifoam Basic non-adhesive pads, including the 4" x 5" rectangle (MSC1145) and the fenestrated 3" x 3" square (MSC1133F, notched to fit around drains and tubes), let you use your own securement and pair well with compression under wraps.

For wounds that are infected or at risk of infection, the antimicrobial Optifoam Ag and Ag+ dressings incorporate silver to reduce bioburden in the dressing.
