NutriSource Fiber is a tasteless, odorless powder made from 100% natural, soluble fiber that helps support digestive health and normal bowel function without compromising the taste or texture of the foods or beverages to which it is added; this unique powder can be mixed into juice, milkshakes, smoothies, pudding, gravy, soup, sauces, or casseroles. Each 4 gram serving of powder contains 3 grams of soluble fiber from partially hydrolyzed guar gum (PHGG). Nutrisource Fiber is a suitable fiber source for a low FODMAP (Fermentable Oligo- Di- Mono-saccharides And Polyols), lactose-free, gluten-free, and kosher diets but is not designed for parenteral use
