Power Web Hand Exercisers
The Power Web is a color-coded resistance web that turns hand, wrist, and finger rehabilitation into one versatile tool. Its flexible latex design lets you push, pull, twist, and grip through a full range of motion — working extension as well as flexion, which sets it apart from a simple squeeze ball. Therapists rely on it for post-injury recovery, arthritis and grip-strength programs, and athletic conditioning, while patients use it just as easily at home.
Resistance is identified by color, so progressing a program is straightforward. Yellow (Level 2, light) is a common starting point for early rehab or reduced grip strength; red (Level 2, medium) steps up the challenge; green (heavy) suits established strength work; and blue (Level 4, super heavy) targets athletes and users building maximum grip and forearm power. The 14-inch diameter is the standard size, offering enough surface to exercise all five digits independently or together.
Not sure which to buy? If you're setting up a clinic or want room to progress a single user, a combo web gives you two resistance levels in one piece — the Combo Hand Exerciser pairs yellow with green (Levels 1 & 3), letting you adjust difficulty as strength returns without buying multiple units. For a single-level tool, match the color to the user's current ability and move up as sessions get easier.
Every Power Web here is latex-based, so plan accordingly for anyone with a latex sensitivity. The webs are durable enough for repeated clinical use and light enough to keep in a therapy bag or bedside drawer.
