ProGear N95 Respirator Masks

ProGear respirators pull double duty: they're NIOSH-approved N95 particulate respirators and ASTM Level 3 surgical masks in a single device. That dual clearance matters in clinical settings where a worker needs both respiratory protection against airborne particulates and the fluid-resistance barrier a surgical procedure demands — without stocking two separate products.

This collection carries the ProGear flat-fold respirator in two sizes to accommodate different face shapes and improve seal quality:

• ProGear RP88020 (Regular): The standard fit for most adult wearers, in white spunbond polypropylene with an elastic head strap and flat-fold pouch design.
• ProGear RP88010 (Small): A smaller profile for narrower faces, where a proper seal is often hardest to achieve — a common reason full-size N95s fail fit testing.

Both are non-sterile, single-use masks rated ASTM Level 3, the highest fluid-resistance tier for surgical masks, meaning they're built for high-exposure procedures involving heavy fluid, spray, or aerosol. The flat-fold pouch construction expands over the nose and mouth to create breathing room, while the elastic strap holds the seal during extended wear.

Because fit determines whether an N95 actually protects, most facilities fit-test wearers to a specific size and model before deployment — carrying both the Regular and Small helps cover a wider range of staff. These are disposable respirators and should be discarded when soiled, damaged, or difficult to breathe through.
