The non-border dressings in 4" x 4", 6" x 6", and 8" x 8" rely on silicone adhesion across the full surface, making them the choice when you're securing over a secondary dressing, working under compression wraps, or covering awkward contours where a rigid border would lift.

Match the pad size to the wound plus a margin of healthy tissue, and step up to the 6" or 8" formats for larger sacral or heel wounds. All Proximel dressings are sterile, tan, and cut square so they trim cleanly when a wound doesn't cooperate with a standard footprint.
