The standard Puracol Collagen Dressings come in a 2 x 2 inch square (MSC8522) and a 4 x 4.25 inch rectangle (MSC8544) for clean, granulating wounds. Puracol Plus adds a reinforced structure that holds together better in the wound bed and resists premature breakdown — the 4.25 x 4.5 inch rectangle (MSC8644EP) is available by the box or the case of five.
