REP Band Exercise Resistance Bands
REP Band resistance bands give physical therapists, athletic trainers, and home rehab users a latex-free way to build strength and restore range of motion. Manufactured by Fabrication Enterprises, these synthetic rubber bands are made without natural rubber latex, making them a safe choice for clinics treating patients with latex sensitivities and for facilities that have moved to latex-free protocols.
The line uses a color-coded progression system so you can advance patients through predictable resistance levels. Our current stock includes the REP Band Orange, Light Resistance (10-1090), supplied on a generous 4-inch by 50-yard bulk roll. Buying by the roll lets a clinic cut custom lengths on demand — a longer piece for lower-body work, a shorter loop for grip and wrist rehab — rather than reordering pre-cut strips. The orange band sits at the lighter end of the scale, well suited to early-stage recovery, shoulder and rotator cuff protocols, gentle stretching, and older adults regaining baseline strength.
Because REP Band is dry-latex synthetic, it behaves a little differently than traditional exercise tubing: it resists tackiness, holds up to repeated stretching, and doesn't degrade the way latex can over time. Wipe it down between patients and store it out of direct sunlight to extend its working life. For progressive resistance programs, most facilities stock several colors so patients graduate to heavier bands as they improve — the light orange is a common starting point.
Comparing options before you commit? It's worth looking at similar resistance and compression products such as Resist-A-Band and Flex-Band, or specialty bands like EZe-Band for particular therapy needs. Whether you're outfitting a rehab gym or restocking a home exercise kit, REP Band delivers dependable, latex-free resistance at a bulk-roll value.
