The Sarstedt Microvette 200 Capillary Blood Collection Tubes are designed for efficient collection of small blood volumes, ideal for point-of-care testing such as blood glucose, blood gases, and full blood counts. These non-sterile, 200 �L tubes are constructed from clear polypropylene with a round bottom and a flat base, and feature a K3 EDTA additive for anticoagulation. Each tube is preassembled with an easy-to-open screw cap that minimizes the aerosol effect, contributing to safe and reliable sample handling. The optimized tube geometry facilitates thorough sample mixing, while the violet color-coded caps allow for easy identification of the K3 EDTA additive and nominal values. For traceability, each tube is printed with its shelf life and batch number. These tubes have an RCF rating of 2,000xG and come in a count of 1000.
