Swim-Ear Ear Drying Drops

For anyone who spends time in the water, that trapped, waterlogged feeling in the ear after a swim is more than an annoyance — leftover moisture creates the warm, damp conditions where "swimmer's ear" (otitis externa) tends to start. Swim-Ear is a fast-acting otic drying aid made to clear that trapped water before it becomes a problem.

The formula works on a simple principle. Swim-Ear Ear Drying Aid Otic Drops contain 95% isopropyl alcohol in an anhydrous glycerin base: the alcohol helps water in the ear canal evaporate quickly, while the glycerin helps keep the skin of the canal from drying out too harshly. A few drops in each ear after swimming, bathing, or showering leave the canal dry and comfortable within minutes.

Who is it for? Competitive and recreational swimmers, kids at summer camp, surfers, divers, and anyone prone to recurring water buildup. It's a drying aid, not an infection treatment — if you already have ear pain, drainage, or a suspected ruptured eardrum, hold off and check with a clinician first. Used correctly, though, it's a cheap, pocket-sized bit of prevention that keeps a good day in the water from turning into a week of discomfort.

The 1 oz. bottle with its dropper-cap applicator is easy to toss in a swim bag, and a little goes a long way across a full season.
