The Thermovent T2 is a passive heat and moisture exchanger (HME) designed to conserve a patient's own exhaled heat and humidity, then return it on the next breath. For clinicians managing ventilated or intubated adult patients, this matters: the upper airway's natural warming and humidifying function is bypassed once a patient is intubated, and dry, cold gas delivered directly to the lower airway can thicken secretions and irritate delicate mucosa. An HME restores that lost conditioning without electricity, water reservoirs, or heated circuits.

This collection features the Amsino International Thermovent T2 Protex, a sterile, single-patient-use HME built for adult tidal volumes up to 500 mL.
