This zinc oxide-based hydrophilic paste gently adheres to moist wound beds, and this sterile, non-adhesive dressing gently covers moist, weeping wounds and spreads evenly over the entire wound area. This dressing can also be used in place of conventional dressings when they are not feasible which simplifies the care of many types of unconventional wounds.
