The Primer Unna-Pak is a convenient system containing two high performance bandages (4 inch x 10 yard Primer Unna Boot and 4 inch x 5 yard Duban Self-adherent Bandage) that together form a two-layer unna boot. The Primer Modified Unna Boot is a 100%, soft, non-raveling thread-locked, cotton gauze bandage that has been evenly impregnated with a non-hardening, zinc oxide paste. It is ideal for managing venous stasis ulcers, lymphatic edema, minor sprains, strains, fractures, thrombophlebitis, and skin grafts on burn wounds, and it is also indicated for use to dry the oozing and weeping of poison ivy, poison oak, or poison sumac as well as for managing extremities (e.g. varicose ulcers) requiring protection and support. The Duban Self-adherent Bandage is a flesh-colored, secondary dressing that is lightweight, strong, and easy to apply.
