UrgoClean Ag Silver Wound Dressing is a sterile, non-woven pad designed for effective and comfortable wound management, particularly for sloughy and debris-laden wounds. Composed of hydro-desloughing, polyabsorbent cohesive fibers, it continuously removes slough and debris while mitigating microbial colony reformation post-debridement. The dressing is coated with a silver-impregnated micro-adherent healing matrix (TLC-Ag), which provides powerful antibacterial action against resistant strains like MRSA and VRE. This combination allows for easy application and atraumatic, one-piece removal, minimizing patient discomfort and trauma. Suitable for various wounds including leg ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, and burns, UrgoClean Ag can remain in place for up to seven days.
