URISCAN Urine Reagent Strips can be read visually or used with CONSULT Urine Analyzer #773 or SELECT Urine Analyzer #505 or Uriscan Optima Touch-Screen Urine Analyzer. These include testing for Blood, Glucose, Leukocytes, Nitrite, PH levels, and Protein. Test results may be used to screen or provide information about: diabetes, kidney function, liver function, infections and carbohydrate metabolism. Because the strips can test for so many reagents, they are an indispensable part of every office treating patients with diabetes, kidney and liver problems, as well as those with recurrent urine infections (UTI).
