The Zetuvit Plus Silicone Border dressing (413119) adds a gentle silicone adhesive border and backing, so it self-adheres and can be lifted to check the wound without trauma to fragile peri-wound skin — useful when a separate securement layer isn't practical.

Select a dressing with a pad larger than the wound so the absorbent core extends onto intact surrounding skin. All Zetuvit Plus dressings here are sterile and individually packaged, making them appropriate for facility, home health, and long-term care settings. Match the size to both wound dimensions and expected drainage volume — stepping up a size on high-output wounds can extend wear time and reduce dressing changes.
