Curity Abdominal Pads consist of three layers featuring a soft, outer, non-woven layer that wicks fluid away from the wound; a fluff filler that absorbs and disperses fluid throughout the entire pad; and a Wet-Pruf barrier backing to protect both the patient and healthcare worker from fluid strike-through, and all four edges are sealed to prevent lint residue and leaking which helps prevent particulate matter from escaping, decreasing the possibility of wound contamination.
