Nutricia MMA/PA Anamix Next Formula is a methionine-, threonine-, and valine-free, low isoleucine, mildly-flavored powdered medical food. This formula is a balanced mix of the other essential and nonessential amino acids, carbohydrates (including a multi-fiber blend to promote digestive health), fats [including docosahexaenoic acid (dha)], vitamins, minerals, and trace elements and supplemented with long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids and prebiotic fibers. This unique formula is designed for the dietary management of proven methylmalonic acidemia (mma) and propionic acidemia (pa) in individuals over one year of age and as a supplementary feed up to three years of age It provides 28 grams of protein equivalent (PE) and 12.5 grams of fat per 100 grams of powder.
