Tranquility EliteCare Briefs provide an increased level of absorbency to accommodate individuals' needs for more protection and extended wear-time. These briefs feature a PowerSorb Micro-layer that increases their absorbent capacity without adding extra bulk; this ultra-thin, ultra-dense, non-pulp retention layer draws fluid in and does not allow it to be forced out, even under pressure. These EliteCare briefs also have a cloth-like outer layer with micro-hook closure tabs and Kufguards (inner leg cuffs) to channel fluids into the core; thus, helping to contain high volume urge episodes and bowel incontinence, so skin is kept dry, odor is reduced, and fluid is pH neutralized inhibiting bacterial growth. They also feature a dual wetness indicator that turns from yellow to blue when moisture is present.
