Rosidal K Short Stretch Bandages

Rosidal K, from German manufacturer Lohmann & Rauscher, is a short-stretch compression bandage built for the demanding work of lymphedema and venous edema management. Unlike elastic (long-stretch) bandages that keep squeezing at rest, short-stretch bandages deliver a high working pressure when muscles contract during movement and a low resting pressure when the limb is still. That distinction is what makes them the standard choice for the compression phase of complete decongestive therapy (CDT) and for maintaining reduction between clinic visits.

Every bandage in this collection is 100% cotton, breathable, and latex-free, so they're appropriate for patients with latex sensitivities and comfortable enough for the sustained wear that decongestive therapy requires. The tan fabric is durable, washable, and reusable — an important consideration when a therapist may be applying multiple layers per limb, several times a week.
