3M Adaptic Touch Non-Adhering Silicone Dressings are designed to minimize wound trauma and pain during dressing changes, protecting delicate, newly formed tissue. This flexible, open-mesh dressing, coated with soft tack silicone, facilitates fluid transfer to a secondary dressing, preventing exudate pooling and maceration. It's suitable for a wide range of wounds, from dry to highly exuding, including chronic wounds like ulcers and burns, and can be cut to fit various wound sizes. The dressing can be left in place for several days, depending on exudate levels, and may also be used with NPWT for fragile wound protection under medical supervision.
