AirCast SP Walker Boots

The SP Walker is a short pneumatic walking boot built for stable, controlled healing after a foot or lower-leg injury. It's a go-to choice for patients recovering from stable fractures, severe sprains, soft-tissue injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation, where immobilizing the foot and ankle while still allowing safe, protected weight-bearing makes all the difference in recovery.

What sets the AirCast SP Walker apart is its integrated pneumatic (aircell) system. The adjustable air cells cushion and gently compress the limb, helping reduce swelling while supporting the injured area — a feature clinicians value when edema management is part of the treatment plan. The low-profile "short" design keeps the boot lighter and less bulky than a full CAM walker, which many patients find easier to manage for below-the-ankle and forefoot injuries.

Getting the fit right matters, so this collection is organized by size and foot. The AirCast SP Walker 01A-S fits smaller feet (male 4–7, female 5–8), the 01A-M covers the mid-range (male 7–10, female 8–11), and the plastic-shell SP Walker Ankle Walker Boot, Large in gray suits larger feet (male 10–13). Each boot works on either the left or right foot and uses a simple hook-and-loop closure system for quick, no-fuss adjustment throughout the day and easy removal for skin checks or dressing changes.

Because it's ambidextrous and sized by shoe range rather than left/right stock, the SP Walker is practical for clinics and DME suppliers to keep on hand. Pair it with the correct sock or liner for comfort, and confirm the patient's shoe size against the range before dispensing.
