This dressing is an antimicrobial hydroalginate dressing with EASYLIFT™ precision film Technology that enables pain-free removal and effective protection of the newly-formed tissue while minimizing fibre detachment. This dressing acts against a broad spectrum of germs that are pathogenic to the wound, including MRSA, MRSE and VRE, and destroys biofilms effectively in vitro. This antimicrobial effect is secured by a sustained release of silver ions, lasting up to 7 days depending on wound condition and exudate level.
