Delta-Rol Undercast Cast Padding

Essity Delta-Rol is a synthetic undercast padding that goes on directly over the skin before a cast or splint is applied, creating the protective cushion between limb and casting tape. Made from acrylic fibers rather than cotton, it resists moisture, lofts consistently, and conforms smoothly around ankles, wrists, and other awkward contours without bunching — a practical advantage when you're building up an even layer to prevent pressure points.

The collection carries the standard clinical widths so you can match the padding to the anatomy being casted. The 3-inch roll (item 6883) suits fingers, wrists, and pediatric limbs; the 4-inch (6884) handles forearms and lower legs; and the 6-inch (6886) covers larger adult legs and full-arm applications. All are non-sterile, white, and supplied in 4-yard rolls, which is the format most casting rooms and orthopedic clinics stock in volume.
